This is one of the best ways you can safely run power behind the wall for your TV. The included template makes it easy to cut the necessary holes for mounting the power boxes and covering plate. The plate looks very professional on the wall and gives the install a "finished" look.
I have a Samsung TV (PN63C8000), and with its large, flat power plug, I had to purchase a short power connection cable (the ones used to connect power adapters to surge protectors) in order to plug in my TV. Even with this minor problem, I think the kit is well worth the money and makes installing a TV on a wall much more simple to accomplish.
