(More customer reviews)I have now had 3 ARRU449 remotes. I do not use them as hockey pucks. They simply work for awhile and then fail. Trying to get them replaced is equal to the reliability of the unit. Both are losers!
In defense of the unit, set up is a breeze and when it works it is wonderful. In addition it allows you to access the internet for the TV programs in your area. Would I get another one - well hopefully Acoustic Research will send one but otherwise no way. I would look for a unit with better reliability
