(More customer reviews)I bought this for use with my Wii. I have a DVI Computer monitor I use as an HDTV and I can only use HDMI for plugging in Devices, so the Wii's Component wouldn't work for me. I'm currently using this at 480p. Works like a charm. There is no lag in the picture. And it seems like it doesn't loose any quality as well. Anyone interested in getting a Component to HDMI converter should go with this one. I've shopped around and most converters are between 2-3 times as expensive.

We plugged our cable box to the Altona converter and out to our TV. The picture and sound doesn't lose any quality at all. You can also easily use it if you had a DVD player you bought overseas. Great product.
