I mounted it to my wall properly to the stud and got it all set up, but once I had everything as tight as I could get it, it showed a little bit of sag throughout the arms; I made sure to hold the tv up while I was tightening everything in fear of bending the parts. My LCD is only 25-30lbs, and this is rated for 60. I might not trust it for 60 lbs. Either way, my tv still floats nicely in my room and the sag for my tv is minimal, and I do like the way it adjusts so I give it 4 stars out of 5.

But it does come with a good HDMI cable and lot's of hardware to choose from to fasten the TV to the arm. Unit is very strong and sturdy and articulates well under the weight of the TV.

The GSI GDM2B is a very substantial mount with Dual arms and heavy guage steel. The arms extend over 20" from the wall yet fold to less than 5". Even at full extension, this mount has very little sag or twist. It is rated for up to 165lbs and most displays 55" and smaller weigh under 100lbs. The unit has dual tilt adjustment knobs and it will tilt forward or back 15 degrees. The wall plate is 19" wide and has wide slots making it easy to mount into standard 16" studs even if they are not exactly 16" apart. Thus, the arms may be visible on the sides of 32" units. The universal design will fit any display with a hole pattern up to 26.3" wide and 18" tall. The wall plate is 1/8" thick and very stable and includes a large center hole for cable pass-though into the wall. This mount will swivel approximately 150 degrees depending on the size of your display. Dual TV locking screws are included to prevent accidental liftoff of the display. (More customer reviews)This Sanus tilting wall mount is the smaller version of the non-tilting one I use on my $6,000 50" Fujitsu plasma TV. It has all the ruggedness and strength of its bigger sibling, lots of mounting hardware for both the wall mounting and TV mounting, and provisions for locking the TV to the wall.
Thick, heavy gauge steel that's finished with a nice black paint, a smooth up/down tilt track and positive screw-clutch mechanizm completes the package. Very good straight-ahead instructions are included, too.
There are multiple holes to mate to your TV threads. The two brackets attach independantly to each side of the back of the TV.
Getting the whole thing onto the wall mount is as easy as tilting the TV bottom out, hooking the tops of the brackets over the wall mount, rotating the TV bottom down and flipping the locking tabs in place.
Once you get the wall mount bolted to the wall and the two brackets on the TV, it takes about 30 seconds to get the TV secured to the wall, which is great because you don't want to have to fumble and fool around trying to get "your precious" secured to the wall.
When I was shopping for the 32" Samsung LCD TV that is going onto this mount, I looked at some of the wall mounts they had at the store, and they were pitiful little things by comparison. I headed right home and ordered this one from Amazon.
This is a great medium-size wall mount, highly recommended.

Someone complained in another review that the mounting screws to a Vizio did not work, however, I did not have this issue. The lack of a single word in the instructions is a bit frustrating, so I just pieced it together prior to any screw or bolt tightening.
The arms are just long enough so that I can swing the TV 90 degrees for different viewing angles, and this is exactly what I wanted this product for. To tilt down while in the tub or to swing around while getting ready for an outing.

(More customer reviews)This is a solid, well-made product. It comes with everything you MIGHT need including an adapter plate, spacers, and various screws. Since I was only mounting a 32" Westinghouse LCD television that had standard mounting holes on the back my installation didn't require the extra stuff. The 32" TV I mounted weighs about 32 pounds after its table mount is removed, so this wall-mount handles it effortlessly.
Keep in mind that this is an folding, jointed device, so you will need to mount it to the wall (in a stud) off-center if you want it to fold flat against the wall and be centered. Of course if you want to keep your TV sticking out from the wall permanently then center it. Be sure to measure for your own needs. Here is a link to a pic with the dimensions:

(More customer reviews)I think this is a good bargain. Hold my 40" Proscan LCD nicely (40 something pound).
It is not super heavy duty but strong enough for new larger LCD TVs
(you might want a heavy duty hanger for larger heavy plasma TVs)
1. You fist assemble the vertical bars then secure it to the wall.
2, You then attach the back plate and TV holding bar to your TV
(it even comes with spacer and many many screws for different type of VESA standard mount, nice!)
3. You then hang your TV to the mount (using the hooks on the top of the TV plate)
4. Slide your TV left or right to position you want
5. Adjust the tile angle with the built-in screw with handle (nice feature)
6. Screw down the 2 secure screws at the bottom of the mount so the TV will not accidentally pop-out.
7. Enjoy your TV.
This is really a good deal (Thirty something with shipping, very good deal).
BTW, the bubble level come in the mount is not mount properly. Use a good leveler instead.
This mount looks very much like the CheetaMount but cheaper.
